We charge a 50% deposit upon placing the order, and then we charge the remaining 50% following the completion of the installation.
Yes, it’s 100% free. Horizon never has any hidden fees, and so installation is completely free.
A designer will come to you with the samples you have chosen plus more and measure your windows. The designer will also place the order if you choose to move forward.
We are not an e-commerce company because our top-of-the-line manufacturers do not sell directly to consumer online. So, our designers will place your order right after your scheduled appointment.
We have two showrooms located in Manhattan. One in Chelsea and one in Midtown East. Both showrooms are always staffed (Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM) with someone who can assist you, and we will be happy to accomodate outside of those hours if you schedule an appointment before. If you are stopping by a showroom, we prefer if you give us a heads up call at (212) 759-4111 beforehand.
